- Bzzt, no. SPEC was not designed to test IO performance, and hard disk
- access is IO. Granted, this affected SPEC92, because some of the data
- sets were so large that some tested platforms had to resort to virtual
- memory. That is why SPEC95 requires that the test machine has at least
- 64MB memory, so that the system would not page.
